Localization corrections to charge and spin conductivity of two-dimensional ferromagnetic systems with spin¯orbit interaction are studied theoretically. The corrections lead to negative magnetoresistance - also in the presence of spin-orbit scattering. Magnitude of the corrections depends on the magnetization orientation with respect to the plane of the system. The corrections to spin conductivity are shown to be small.
